Online Learning Registration
To register for online learning, please follow these steps.
1. Print and fill out the Online Course Registration Form.
2. Mail the completed form along with a check payable to RADACT for the amount of your course shown above.

Once RADACT receives your Online Course Registration Form and your check for the course, RADACT will email your personal password number and the website address to access the course to you.
When you sign in to the online course the first time, you will need your name as you filled it out on the Online Course Registration Form and the password number you recieved in the email.
Once you are logged in to the course, you will find instructions to complete the course.
